1. Submit the application via the electronic services portal on the website.
2. Receive an update notification from the Centre about the application status via e-mail.
3. Receive an e-mail from the Centre requesting the applicant to set a meeting date and complete all related administrative procedures - in the event of approval.
4. If the request is approved, the Centre sends the customer a request status update e-mail.
5. Submit filming and media coverage requests via the electronic services portal on the Centre's website.; If the event is approved.

Conditions for obtaining the service:

• The lessee must fulfil all requirements and obtain prior approvals to hold the event.
• Attach the event details
• Attach the event agenda
• Attach the Speaker's CV (if applicable).
• Attach attendees/VIP details.

Service Limitation:

Upon allocation, the auditorium will contain the following:

1. A stage
2. A projection screen measuring 17.5 x 3.0m
3. 334 seats for guests (not subject to increase pursuant to security and safety requirements)
4. A Backstage room
5. Control room (Sound and Lighting)

The time required to obtain the service:

Upon fulfilment of all requirements, the internal procedures and approvals process takes place, and the applicant will recive a status update within a period not exceeding 15 working days.

Associated Service Package

Required Documents:

• An official letter addressed to the Centre from the auditorium reservation request beneficiary,
• detailed Event schedule,
• Attendees/VIP list+ vehicle details if applicable.

Notes: Fees:

• Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre Auditorium Reservation fees for government sector (for one day), AED 50,000 Fifty thousand dirhams only, excluding tax. *Lessee must also pay an additional 10% insurance fee before the event.
• Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre Auditorium Reservation fees for private sector(for one day), AED 70,000 seventy thousand dirhams only, not excluding tax. *Lessee must also pay an additional 10% insurance fee before the event.
